Fire & EMS operations platform
Run the shift. Build the career.
Ember 411 replaces the whiteboard, the spreadsheets and the scheduling software with one system your crews actually use, and gives every responder a home for their certifications, training and career.
Built by a former firefighter/EMT and tested in a working Utah department.

What's in it
Everything the shift runs on
Live now, with no add-on modules to buy.
Duty Board
Your magnet board, digital. Drag people into seats, split a seat between two people, and see open hours at a glance.
Bay Board
A station display for the bay TV: who's riding what, weather, and incoming calls with tones and a spoken readout.
Schedule
Set your rotation and seats once. Shifts generate automatically, and layout changes carry forward.
Coverage Board
Post an open shift, let qualified people volunteer, approve with one tap. Everyone gets notified.
Hours & timecards
Track part-time hours and averages against your limits, log holdovers and call-backs, and export for payroll.
Rig checks
Daily apparatus checks from a phone. Failed items go straight to a maintenance queue and the right people.
Training & certs
Training records with hours and attendees, plus every member's certifications and what's expiring next.
Ember AI
Ask about your schedule, your hours or a protocol topic, and generate practice quizzes that save as training.
Built for the phone
Crews check their shift, take an open shift or finish a rig check from their phone, day or night.

Why Ember exists
Ember 411 was started by Jeremy Smith, who served as a firefighter and EMT for more than a decade. Too much of a department still runs on whiteboards, spreadsheets, PDFs and the memory of whoever's been there longest.
Ember is built around how a shift actually works: the board, the bay, the open seat at 1900, the cert that expires next month. Every feature is tested by a working department before it goes anywhere else.
See it on your own department
Thirty minutes, your stations and apparatus, no pressure.
